We can provide services for landlords whether you have one or more than ten properties. A package can be tailored to meet your needs whether you are local or live abroad. For a fixed monthly fee we can provide a full maintenance service where we will guarantee to attend your property to either repair the fault or make good / safe if an immediate repair can not be carried out. For any larger projects that may be needed we will provide you with a written quotation.
